At Mystic Fortune Sdn. Bhd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We may accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Return request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
- Item is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 4).
Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refund will reflect within 5-10 business days.
- E-Wallet & Bank Transfers – Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process.
- Store Credit – Issued immediately after return approval and can be used for future purchases.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved gifts, printed items)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, or items with expiration dates)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please report any such issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.

7. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Order Cancellations – Allowed within 1 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
