Mystic Fortune Sdn. Bhd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including processing times, delivery options, fees, and other important information.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: RM 20
  • Express Shipping: RM 50
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Malaysia.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our courier partners’ websites or via the tracking link provided in the email.
  • If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Unforeseen courier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at auyong555@hotmail.com with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at auyong555@hotmail.com with your order details and images.
  3. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures.
  • The recipient is responsible for all additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
  • Mystic Fortune Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes or modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package:

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any re-shipment fees.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipment, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
